Role Family Filters, Smarter Search & C2C Job Board Improvements

  • Added Role Family filter to both the Job Board and C2C Jobs pages — quickly narrow results by AI/ML, Java Full Stack, DevOps & Cloud, Frontend, .NET, Salesforce, SAP/ERP, and more.
  • Smarter search relevance: searching for 'health data analyst' now shows exact matches first, then 'data analyst' roles, then broader 'analyst' matches — so the most relevant results always appear at the top.
  • Removed the clutter of the C2C job count bar from within the list for a cleaner browsing experience.
  • Upgraded from plan-based to full role family filtering in the C2C toolbar — replacing the old C2C/W2/Both toggle with professional role families.
  • Job Board counter now shows the accurate number of jobs for your active filters without misleading totals.

Full-Time Jobs from Career Websites, UI/UX Improvements & Better Tailoring

  • Now you can find full-time W2 jobs scraped directly from company career websites — browse thousands of curated US-based positions in the Job Board.
  • Improved job description formatting — section headings like Key Responsibilities, Key Requirements, Preferred Requirements, Nice to Have, Benefits, and more are now displayed in clean, organized cards.
  • Added standalone Full Tailor and Balance Tailor buttons for one-click resume tailoring directly from the job detail panel.
  • Resume tailoring now uses the complete job description from our database for more accurate keyword matching.
  • Fixed password reset flow — reset links now open directly within the app for a seamless experience.
  • Improved pagination with visible page count and better spacing at the bottom of the job list.
  • Coming soon: Interview Assistant — AI-powered interview preparation tailored to each job you apply for.

C2C Workflow and Resume Library Polish

  • Simplified the C2C resume preview so generated resumes open in a single preview without the side-by-side comparison.
  • Added recruiter phone visibility and call-script actions directly inside automation results after drafts are sent or saved.
  • Cleaned up profile role setup and resume library controls, and now tailored resumes show the newest files first.
  • Added a one-time in-app updates panel so signed-in users see major fixes once after each release.
